Today's introduction: The People behind FAAM~Wei Chao

2019年，卫超加入FAAM大家庭，最初在质量检验部工作，由于自身工作出色，于2020年被调到技术部门，主要负责防爆电池的设计及图纸确认，并为客户提供技术支持。

卫超并没有就此停滞不前，他不断学习，提升自我，2022年，公司领导决定让卫超兼任EHS（公司环境，健康，安全管理)，负责公司的环境管理及安全生产等。

In 2019, Wei Chao joined theFAAMfamily, initially working in the Quality Inspection Department, due to his excellent work, he was transferred to the technical department in 2020, mainly responsible for the design and drawing confirmation ofexplosion-proof batteries, and provide technical support to customers. 

Wei Chao did not stop there, he continued to learn and improve himself, in 2022, FAAM China decided to let Wei Chao concurrentlyEHS(environment, health, safety management), responsible for the environmental management and safety production of company.

工作中的卫超认真负责，生活中的卫超热情开朗，待人真诚，空余时间喜欢参与各种运动项目，减轻压力的同时，也能增强体质。

Wei Chao isserious and responsiblein work,warm and cheerfulin life, he treats people sincerely, and likes to participate in varioussportsin spare time, which can reduce pressure and enhance physical fitness.

卫超表示，进入FAAM中国对他来说是一个良好的发展机遇，也是一个很好的锻炼和提升自己各方面能力的机会。人生没有办法左右生命的长度，但可以拓展生命的宽度，他希望从生活和工作中不断提高并完善自己，和FAAM中国一起奔赴未来，共创辉煌。
