吴帅于2021年3月进入了法阿姆的大家庭，担任锂电池结构工程师一职，主要负责锂电池PACK的研发设计，根据不同车型，工作环境，功能特性，为客户量身定制各种电池结构。在工作上一丝不苟，以“高标准，严要求”的态度交付每一台电池，努力做好他力所能及的事情。

Kris entered theFAAMfamily in March 2021 as astructural engineerfor lithium battery,mainly responsible for the research and development design of lithium batteryPACK, according to different models, working environment, and functional characteristics, tailored to various battery structures for customers. He is meticulous in his work, delivers each lithium battery with a "high standard and strict requirements" attitude, and strives to do what he can.

生活中的吴帅阳光开朗，热爱生活，喜欢运动，他认为生活中适量的运动，可以放松身体、缓解疲劳，以便用更好的状态投入到工作当中。

In life, Kris is sunny and cheerful, loves life, and likessports. He believes that the right amount of sports in life canrelaxthe body andrelievefatigue, so that he can devote himself to work in a better state.

吴帅表示，进入法阿姆中国以来，除了同事们工作的热情外，给他印象最深刻的就是法阿姆和谐温馨的氛围，领导会耐心倾听大家的想法，平和的提出自己的意见，大家都可以畅所欲言，集思广益。他希望可以陪着法阿姆共同成长，共同进步。

Kris said that since enteringFAAM China, in addition to the enthusiasm of colleagues, what impressed him most was theharmonious and warmatmosphere of FAAM, where leaders would patiently listen to everyone's ideas and put forward their own opinions peacefully, everyone could speak freely and brainstorm ideas.
