九月伊始，亿迈齿轮（太仓）有限公司迎来了新一届的学徒，也就是最新的2025G学徒。

At the beginning of September, IMS Gear (Taicang) Co., Ltd. welcomed its newest cohort of apprentices—the 2025G apprentices. 

为正式迎接他们，2025年8月29日下午，在亿迈齿轮（太仓）有限公司一厂举行了2025级工业机械工学徒的签约仪式，与新一届学徒们签订《学徒培训协议》，恭喜他们即将正式开启为期3年的学徒生涯。

To formally welcome them, an apprenticeship signing ceremony for the 2025 Industrial Mechanical Engineering apprentices was held on the afternoon of August 29, 2025, at IMS Gear (Taicang) Co., Ltd. Plant 1. 

The company signed Apprenticeship Training Agreements with the new apprentices, congratulating them on officially embarking on their three-year apprenticeship journey.

签约仪式上，亿迈齿轮副总裁蔡宇先生进行了发言，对学徒们的加入表示热烈欢迎。

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Rain Cai, Vice President of IMS Gear, delivered a speech extending a warm welcome to the new apprentices.

人力资源业务伙伴魏永军和学徒中心经理马介宏对协议内容、学徒手册和培训计划分别进行了解读和答疑。

Subsequently, Human Resources Business Partner Strong Wei and Apprenticeship Centre Manager Jame Ma provided interpretations and addressed queries regarding the agreement's contents, the apprenticeship handbook, and the training programme respectively.

接着苏州健雄职业技术学院党总支副书记吴成炎进行致辞和寄言，也祝贺这些新学徒的加入。

Wu Chengyan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee at Suzhou Chien-Shiung Vocational Institute of Technology, delivered a speech of encouragement, extending congratulations to the new apprentices on their induction.

最后，亿迈齿轮执行副总裁Zoltan Nemeth 先生和学徒们进行了签约， 亿迈齿轮副总裁蔡宇先生也亲手为每位学徒颁发学徒服。

Lastly, Mr. Zoltan Nemeth, Executive Vice President of IMS Gear, signed contracts with the apprentices, while Mr. Rain Cai, Vice President of IMS Gear, personally presented each apprentice with their work uniform.
