25G学徒走进生产现场,以初心对话匠心

2026年4月至5月,2025G全体学徒正式开启为期六周的轮岗培训。此次轮岗有助于学徒深度了解各个部门,学徒们也在轮岗中与部门逐渐加深彼此印象,为将来就业打下基础。

From April to May 2026, all apprentices of 2025G officially commenced a six-week rotational training program. This rotation helped all the apprentices gain an in-depth understanding of various departments, while also fostering mutual impressions with the departments during the process, laying a foundation for future employment.

轮岗正式开始之前,2025G学徒们了解了本次轮岗整体安排、各项学习任务及部门对接人员信息,明确学习步骤与纪律要求,为轮岗做好充足准备。

Before the official commencement of the rotation, all apprentices of 2025G were briefed on the overall schedule, learning tasks, and department liaison information, clarifying the learning steps and disciplinary requirements to ensure thorough preparation for the rotation.

学徒到各部门后,先跟随生产经理了解部门情况,再深入一线向员工学习,记录工作内容与生产工艺;大家每周向生产经理汇报工作并接收反馈,及时查漏补缺、优化学习方式。本次轮岗不仅加深了学徒对公司的认知、提升了沟通能力,也让他们看清自身与正式员工的差距。

After arriving at each department, the apprentices first learned about department overview from the MFM, then worked on the frontline to learn from staff and record daily tasks and production processes. They submitted weekly reports to the MFM and received feedback to identify problems, adjust learning methods and make up for deficiencies. The rotation helped them better understand the company, improve communication skills and recognize the gaps compared with full-time employees.

六周的轮岗使学徒与各部门员工快速的联系了起来,轮岗培训不仅是学徒成长中的一个培训项目,更是突显了亿迈齿轮公司的企业文化。

The six-week rotation has enabled the apprentices to quickly connect with employees from various departments. Rotation training is not only a training program for apprentices' growth, but also highlights the corporate culture of IMS Gear.
