Today's introduction: The People behind FAAM~Xu Bo

2019年11月，许波进入法阿姆大家庭，一开始在车间负责组装电池，秉持着责任、高效、严谨的工作信条，许波积极完成公司安排的各项工作，得到领导的高度认可后，于2020年8月，接管了仓库和物流的工作，负责仓库收货，领料，并配合销售将成品电池发往客户指定地点。

In 2019, Xu Bo joined the FAAM family. At the beginning, he was responsible for assembling batteriesin the workshop, adhering to his work creed of responsibility, efficiency and rigor, Xu Bo actively completed the work arranged by the company, and was highly recognizedby the leaders. In August 2020, he took over the work of warehouse and logistics,responsible for receiving goods and materials in the warehouse, and cooperating with sales to send batteries to the customer's designated location.

工作中的许波认真负责，力求完美。生活中，他很珍惜陪伴孩子的时光，他说孩子的笑声是世界上最纯净的音乐，治愈了他所有的疲惫和压力。                        

Xu Bo is serious and responsible at workand strives for perfection. In his life, he cherishes the time with his child, and he says that the laughterof children is the purest music in the world, which curesall his fatigue and stress.

许波表示，进入法阿姆中国以来，他接触到了以前未从有过的经历和处世方式，从内向少言到能与各部门进行沟通交流，非常感激公司给予的成长平台，让他在平凡的岗位上不断发挥着自己的光和热，希望与法阿姆继续共同成长，共同进步，为了今后的450年。

Xu Bo said that since entering FAAM China, he has been exposed to experiences and ways of life that he has never had before, from introverted to able to communicate with various departments. He is very gratefulfor the growth platformgiven by FAAM, so that he continues to play his light and heat in ordinary posts, and hopes to continue to grow together with FAAMand make progresstogether for the future 450 years.
